Is listing on Medoc free?
Yes. A basic listing with your address, timings, contact details, specialties and appointment requests is free, for life.
How long does it take for my listing to go live?
Our team reviews new listings, usually within 2 working days. You can update your profile from your dashboard meanwhile.
My practice is already on Medoc. What should I do?
Search for it and choose Claim this listing instead of creating a new one. Claiming keeps its history and lets you manage it.
How do I get the Registration Verified badge?
Upload your registration certificate from your dashboard. We check it against the State Medical Council or NMC register. Verification is free and is never sold.
What do paid plans add?
Premium (₹999) and Hospital / Clinic (₹1,999) are one-time payments for life. They add Featured placement, more photos and detailed analytics. They never change your verification status.
How will patients contact me?
Patients can call you, send an enquiry, or book by WhatsApp or call-back request. You see every request in your dashboard and get an email for each one.
